Our Story
Harmony N Horsemanship is the result of a shared passion for horses, horsemanship, and helping people build stronger partnerships with their horses.
Justin brings a diverse background in transport, management, small business ownership, and practical problem solving. Throughout his career he has developed a strong belief in integrity, reliability, hard work, and treating people fairly — values that now form the foundation of Harmony N Horsemanship.
Christina has been riding horses for most of her life and has over 20 years of experience teaching riders of all ages and skill levels. Her passion lies in helping both horses and riders develop confidence, understanding, and strong foundations that lead to long-term success.
With extensive experience in rider education and a particular interest in Working Equitation, Christina is committed to creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where every rider can progress at their own pace. Whether working with beginners taking their first steps into the horse world or experienced riders looking to refine their skills, her focus is always on clear communication, safety, and partnership.
Together, Justin and Christina share a vision of creating more than just a riding and training business. Their goal is to build a welcoming equestrian community centred on good horsemanship, lifelong learning, horse welfare, and genuine relationships.
What started as a shared love of horses has grown into a long-term vision for Harmony N Horsemanship — a place where horses and riders can learn, grow, and thrive together.

What Guides Us
Every horse deserves to be understood, respected, and treated with patience. We advocate for the horse in everything we do — their wellbeing always comes first.
We're here to help riders and horse owners grow in confidence, skill, and understanding. Whether you're brand new or highly experienced, you'll find a welcome place here.
Our work is underpinned by faith. We believe the relationship between horse and human reflects something of the care, patience, and grace we're called to show in all things.

The Horses
At Harmony N Horsemanship, our horses are far more than lesson horses. They are teachers, partners and valued members of our family. Each horse has their own personality, strengths and story, and each plays an important role in helping riders learn and grow.
Lesson Horse
Millie is a beautiful Warmblood mare with a wealth of experience and a gentle nature that makes her a valued member of the Harmony N Horsemanship team.
Earlier in her life, Millie enjoyed a successful dressage career, developing the balance, responsiveness and training that Warmbloods are well known for. After her competition years, she took time away from the arena to become a mother before beginning the next chapter of her journey.
Recognising her wonderful temperament and experience, Millie was later sold to help teach riders and share her knowledge with others. Eventually, she was generously gifted to Harmony N Horsemanship, where she continues to make a difference as one of our lesson horses.
Today, Millie helps riders develop confidence, improve their skills and build stronger partnerships with their horses. Her calm nature, experience and willingness to teach make her a favourite among many riders.
We are incredibly grateful to have Millie as part of our team and look forward to the many riders she will continue to inspire in the years ahead.
Christina's Horse & Demonstration Horse
Jazzirah holds a special place in the heart of Harmony N Horsemanship. Bred, raised and trained by Christina from birth, she represents years of dedication, patience and partnership.
Over the years, Jazzirah has developed into a highly educated and responsive horse with advanced Working Equitation training. Her calm attitude, willingness to work and exceptional understanding of rider aids make her an invaluable teaching horse.
Jazzirah is regularly used during lessons and clinics to demonstrate exercises, techniques and horsemanship principles. Her training allows Christina to clearly show riders what is being asked, helping students better understand the communication and partnership that can be achieved between horse and rider.
As an Arabian, Jazzirah brings intelligence, athleticism and sensitivity to her work, while her extensive training provides a wonderful example of what can be achieved through consistent, thoughtful horsemanship.
From her very first days through to her advanced training today, Jazzirah has been an important part of Christina's horsemanship journey and continues to inspire riders through lessons, clinics and Working Equitation demonstrations.
She is not only a lesson horse — she is a living example of the partnership, trust and harmony that Harmony N Horsemanship strives to develop in every horse and rider.
